When you click on any of the links on my review pages, Clickbank places a cookie on your computer (don't worry, all major sales platforms do that and it is harmless). That cookie identifies me as the affiliate who sent you to the particular sales page. If you then decide on buying that product you will be taken to the Clickbank sales form and you should see my affiliate link at the very bottom of the page. It will look like this:

[affiliate = bmlbmanual]

If that exact link does not show up on the bottom of the order page, you will need to dump (empty) your browser's cache and come back here and re-click the link to reset the cookie with my affiliate code.

If my affiliate link does not appear at the bottom of your order page, you will not get your bonus materials!

There are no exceptions to this rule!!!

If you're not sure how to empty your browser cache and clear your history, follow these tips:

IF YO USE SAFARI
If you have a newer Mac and use Safari, simply go to the Safari tab, scroll down to "Reset Safari" and your browsing history and cache will be cleared. You bookmarked my review page so go back there and click on any of the Commission Blueprint links. I would refresh your browser window once you arrive back at my review page.

IF YOU USE FIREFOX
Go to "tools", "options", "privacy" and "private data." Click the "clear now" tab. Check the "cache" and "cookies" and then click "clear now." Then click "clear private data now." You bookmarked my review page so go back there and click on any of the links. I would refresh your browser window once you arrive back at my review page.

IF YOU USE IE 6
Go to "tools", "Internet options", use the "General" tab and under "browsing history" click "delete". Then click on "delete files" under the "temporary Internet files". You bookmarked my review page so go back there and click on any of the links. I would refresh your browser window once you arrive back at my review page.

IF YOU USE IE 7
Go to the "control panel" and then to "Internet options". Click "delete" under browsing history". Then click on "delete cookies" under "delete cookies". You bookmarked my review page so go back there and click on any of the links. I would refresh your browser window once you arrive back at my review page.

Then click on any link on my reivew page to order. Then, just email me with your Clickbank receipt number within 72 hours and I will send you your bonus products. They will arrive by return email within 48 hours. (Often in just an hour or two.)
